Kristi Guillotte attended LSU, graduating with a BS degree in Finance. Before joining PAR, she worked as a commercial underwriter for Capital One Bank. Her outside interests include spending time with family and friends, LSU and Saints football, working out, and traveling.
What are the most important things about your career?
Taking care of my clients. Real estate transactions are usually the most significant financial negotiations an individual will deal with, and it’s my responsibility to make sure they have the best possible experience.
What do you enjoy the most about this job?
Helping people achieve their goals, whatever they may be. I enjoy getting to know my clients to truly understand their needs, whether buying, selling or investing.
How do you see your role as a real estate consultant in the process of buying and selling?
It is my duty to take the stress out of the process, to serve as a guide and make sure my client fully understands and is kept abreast of all aspects of the transaction. I strive to be professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I make myself available every step of the way.
What do you love most about your career in real estate?
Helping people realize their dreams.
What do you love most about Lafayette?
Definitely the people (nice, fun-loving, entrepreneurial), but also the food, music and festivals.
